City Yonder First Annual Fundraising Gala

Start Spring 2018 off right!! DRESS TO IMPRESS CLASSY AND GQ'd. THIS IS AN EVENT YOU DONT WANT TO MISS!! City Yonder is hosting it's very first fundraising Gala. This event is a platform used to spread awarness about the program and to create funds for participants while letting Boston's local talent show up and show out!! The night will include two rooms of Entertainement! The art lounge and the performance Assembly. Your Ticket includes the following;

Sea Port's District Hall provides an ideal location with its modern charm right by the water front with easy acess to the T. Ticket sales will be used as a fundraising tool to create financial aid for City Yonder participant's trip to Grenada West Indies participating in sea turtle conservation efforts for a local organization in Grenada. Tickets include acess to all things stated above and a chance to win free prizes!! Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE since they are being used for fundraising.

City Yonder is a program that aims to create opportunities for young people of color, immagrants, and people livng in urban areas the opportunity to travel while making a differnece in the world by doing vouleenteer work. The founder Stephanee Warrington along with seven other participants will travel to Grenada West Indes to help the local organization Ocean Spirtits in their efforts to spread awarness on sea turtle conservation. As the founder, Stephanee Warrington hopes to create awarness of opportunities, create interests in opporutinties and develop financial aid for opportunities for the mentioned demographics by:

-Educating, creating, and expanding life long knowledge, potentials and skills

-Developing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual strengh

-Creating opportunities to explore life outside of won community, city, state, and country,

-Becoming more culturally rooted

-And to creating international netoworks

Stephanee Warrington is a 24 African American female who has a batchlors in Biology from the Univeristy of Boston MA, is an international artists, and has travled to over 10 countires 4 of which she has contributed vouleentering efforts. She also has done vouleentering locally here in Boston.


Is there a dress code?

Yes! Come dress to impress GQ'd and Classy. Ladies elegant evening dresses and gowns! Gentalmen suits, ties, and bow ties!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This is an 18+ event. State ID or passport will be used upon arrival to event. Alcohol will be served. Anyone under 21 years of age is prohibited to drink alcohol during event and will not be served alcohol and marked with clear distinction.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

District Hall is close to South Station Red line T station and the S1 Silver line. Easy Acess to route I-90 and I93. There is limited street parking and a parking garage.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are Non refundable. Ticket sales are apart of the fundraiser and therfore can not be refunded

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Have a printed or digital copy of conformation to be cheaked on the Guest List

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Tickets can be transfered to another person but original buyer must contact organizer so we can put the new person's name on the list. cityyonder@gmail.com
